Carbon Monocoque Design
Unlike traditional frames, the NOVA RS is not assembled from separate tubes and lugs. The entire front and rear triangles form a single, cohesive carbon structure, which eliminates weak points and allows for perfect stress distribution. As a result, the bike is incredibly stiff and responds to the rider's every input with surgical precision.

Key Features of the RCN NOVA RS
Optimized Carbon Layup (Toray T800/T1000/M46): Thanks to the monocoque structure, engineers were able to precisely place different types of fibers (including ultra-stiff M46) exactly where they are needed most, ensuring uninterrupted continuity throughout the frame.
The frame features no bonded joints, which significantly increases its structural stiffness.
No Joints Means Greater Strength: The frame features no joints or bonded contact points, radically increasing its lateral stiffness and fatigue resistance.
Featherweight (~855 g): The elimination of heavy lugs and material overlap at the joints allows for an extremely low weight while maintaining a full aerodynamic profile

The NOVA RS features an advanced hybrid construction utilizing a meticulously selected blend of Japanese carbon fibers from industry leader Toray. Rather than a uniform material, the frame is a precise layup of three distinct fiber types, each engineered for a specific function:

Through our online configurator, you can customize everything from the frame color to the exact specification of components, including the groupset, wheelset, and cockpit. If you have any special requests or components in mind that aren’t listed in the configurator, feel free to contact us directly – we love unique builds and will do everything we can to bring your exact vision to life.
Yes! When purchasing our bike, you can take advantage of our in-house bikefitting studio located at the Velopoint bike shop in Rzeszów. We will pre-select the right components, configure your build, and then dial in the perfect setup tailored specifically to you.
In accordance with current Polish consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchased bike within 14 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that our bikes are configured specifically for you, so we truly hope you will love your new ride and won’t want to part with it! In the event of a return, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of 2,000 PLN from the total order value. This amount serves as compensation for the personalization and custom assembly tailored to your individual requirements.
