You have the right to return your purchased bike within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Polish law.

Remember that our bikes are configured specifically for you, so we hope you'll love your new bike and won't want to return it!

In case of bike return, we reserve the right to deduct 2,000 PLN from the order value. This is compensation for personalization and customization of the bike to your individual requirements.

Contact us: Write to our customer service department at hello@raccooncycles.com to report your intention to return.
Pack the bike: Make sure the bike is well secured for transport. We recommend using the original packaging.
Send the bike back to the specified address: Velopoint, Witolda 8B, 35-330 Rzeszów Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

The bike must be returned in undamaged and complete condition (along with all accessories and documentation).
Returns of bikes that show signs of use or are damaged may result in additional reduction of the refund amount.

After receiving and evaluating the returned bike, the refund (reduced by 2,000 PLN) will be processed within 14 days to the specified bank account.
