Engineered from the ground up for self-sufficiency, ultra-distance comfort, and tackling terrain that until now was the exclusive playground of mountain bikes.
Integrated Frame Storage
The internal storage system in the down tube accommodates an inner tube, tools, CO2 canisters, or an emergency jacket. It keeps the center of gravity low while freeing up valuable space in your bikepacking bags.
Adjustable Fork Offset
One bike, two personalities. Change the axle position in the fork to adapt the geometry to your mission. Choose a longer offset for maximum stability on fast, loaded downhill sectors, or a shorter one to gain an agile, aggressive ride for technical singletrack.

Our frame is constructed from a curated blend of Toray T700 and T800 carbon fibers, strategically placed throughout the structure to maximize performance in key areas while minimizing overall weight.
🔹 Toray T700 Carbon – utilized in areas requiring high durability and resistance to dynamic loads.
🔹 Toray T800 Carbon – a higher modulus fiber that provides excellent stiffness and weight reduction in critical sections of the frame.
Thanks to this specific fiber layup, the RAZOR frame offers exceptional ride characteristics – stiffness where you need it, and comfort where you expect it. The design is optimized for both aggressive off-road riding and long-distance gravel epics.
The maximum tire size for our bike is 700x50C. However, we tested the frame with Schwalbe Thunder Burt 53mm tires on Zipp 303 XPLR S wheels – the frame easily accommodates this width, with plenty of clearance to spare.
RCN DESIGN is a configurator designed to facilitate personalization of your bikes. If what you found there doesn’t satisfy you and you’d like to change something, write to us, and we’ll definitely consider additional paint options, colors, or component configurations.
Yes, when purchasing our bike you can use our bike fitting studio in Rzeszów at the Velopoint store. We’ll preliminarily fit the components, configure the bike, and then set it up perfectly for you.
You have the right to return the purchased bike within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Polish law. Remember that our bikes are configured specifically for you, so we hope you’ll love your new bike and won’t want to return it! In case of bike return, we reserve the right to deduct 2,000 PLN from the order value. This is compensation for personalization and customization of the bike to your individual requirements.
