The program covers situations where a Raccoon bike frame has been destroyed as a result of an accident (e.g., a crash or collision) and is beyond repair.

The customer is required to return the damaged frame to an authorized Raccoon service center. The frame must be in a condition that clearly and unambiguously confirms it was damaged as a result of a crash.

The customer is entitled to purchase a new Raccoon frame (any model) at a discounted price of 6999 PLN. Should a frame of a higher value be selected, the price difference will be covered by the customer.

The frame replacement process is typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on product availability.

The customer must provide proof of purchase for the original bicycle along with the warranty booklet, and submit their crash replacement request via email to hello@raccooncycles.com.

If the customer decides to have the components transferred to the new frame at an authorized service center, all associated labor costs will be borne by the customer.

The program does not cover damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or modifications unauthorized by the manufacturer.
