At the heart of the bike is an advanced carbon monocoque construction, which eliminates weak points in joints, offering unparalleled power transfer and steering precision. Thanks to its aggressive geometry and optimized tube profiles, the NOVA RS cuts through the air with minimal resistance, allowing you to shave off valuable seconds on every kilometer of the route. It’s pure engineering encapsulated in a modern, minimalist form.
Monocoque Construction
Unlike traditional frames, the NOVA RS is not assembled from separate tubes and connectors. The entire front and rear triangles form a single, cohesive carbon structure, which eliminates weak points and allows for ideal stress distribution. As a result, the bike is incredibly stiff and responds to every rider's movement with surgical precision.

Key Features of RCN NOVA RS
Layer Optimization (Toray T800/T1000/M46): Thanks to the monocoque structure, engineers could precisely place different types of fibers (including ultra-stiff M46) exactly where they are most needed, without interrupting their continuity.
The frame has no bonded joints, which significantly increases its stiffness
No Joints, Greater Durability: The frame has no welds or bonded contact points, which radically increases its lateral stiffness and fatigue resistance. Featherlight Weight (~855 g): The absence of heavy connectors and excess material at joints allowed for an extremely low weight while maintaining a full aerodynamic profile.

The NOVA RS features an advanced hybrid construction, utilizing a carefully selected blend of Japanese carbon fibers from the industry leader – Toray. It is not a uniform material, but a precise arrangement of three types of fibers, each serving a different function:

Toray T800: Forms the base of the construction, providing an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and essential impact resistance.

Toray T1000: Ultra-high strength fibers, strategically placed in key areas (such as the bottom bracket and head tube) to ensure maximum stiffness with minimal material.

Toray M46: Specialized high-modulus carbon. This is what gives the frame its “racing character” – making it incredibly responsive and instantly transferring every watt of generated power to the drivetrain.
Key Technology: Monocoque More important than the material itself is its processing method. The NOVA RS frame is made as a monocoque, meaning its main triangle does not consist of bonded tubes, but forms a single, cohesive carbon structure. This ensures fiber continuity, eliminating weak points, reducing the frame weight to approximately 855 g, and providing uncompromising lateral stiffness.
The maximum tire size for our bike is 700x32C.
RCN DESIGN is a configurator designed to facilitate personalization of your bikes. If what you found there doesn’t satisfy you and you’d like to change something, write to us, and we’ll definitely consider additional paint options, colors, or component configurations.
Yes, when purchasing our bike you can use our bike fitting studio in Rzeszów at the Velopoint store. We’ll preliminarily fit the components, configure the bike, and then set it up perfectly for you.
You have the right to return the purchased bike within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Polish law. Remember that our bikes are configured specifically for you, so we hope you’ll love your new bike and won’t want to return it! In case of bike return, we reserve the right to deduct 2,000 PLN from the order value. This is compensation for personalization and customization of the bike to your individual requirements.
