You have the right to return your purchased bicycle within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Polish law.

Please keep in mind that our bikes are configured specifically for you, so we hope you’ll love your new bike and won’t want to return it!

In the event of a bike return, we reserve the right to deduct PLN 2000 from the order value. This serves as compensation for the personalization and customization of the bicycle to your individual requirements.

The bicycle must be returned undamaged and complete, including all accessories and documentation.Returns of bicycles that show signs of use or are damaged may result in an additional reduction of the refund amount.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned bicycle, your refund (minus PLN 2000) will be processed within 14 days to your designated bank account.
