Right to Return
You have the right to return your purchased bike within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Polish law.
Custom Products
Remember that our bikes are configured specifically for you, so we hope you’ll love your new bike and won’t want to return it!
Deduction for Customization Costs
In case of bike return, we reserve the right to deduct 2,000 PLN from the order value. This is compensation for personalization and customization of the bike to your individual requirements.
Steps for Returning a Bike
Contact us: Email our customer service at hello@raccooncycles.com to initiate a return.
Pack the bike: Ensure the bike is well-protected for transport. We recommend using the original packaging.
Send the bike to the indicated address:

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Return Condition
The bike must be returned in an undamaged and complete condition (including all accessories and documentation).
Returns of bikes that show signs of use or are damaged may result in additional reduction of the refund amount.
Refund
After receiving and evaluating the returned bike, the refund (reduced by 2,000 PLN) will be processed within 14 days to the specified bank account.
