Frame Origin
The Raccoon Brigante frame is imported from China and then painted in Poland. This process aims to ensure high-quality finishing and meet the brand’s aesthetic and technical standards.
Assembly Process
After painting the frame, appropriate components are selected and installed according to the customer’s individual order. Bike assembly may include various elements such as component groups, wheels, saddle, handlebars, etc.
Lead Time
Standard order fulfillment time may vary depending on component availability and individual customer preferences. Generally, this process takes 2 to 4 weeks, counting from the order confirmation date and payment receipt.
Optional PPF Wrapping Service
If the customer decides on the additional service of wrapping the frame with PPF protective film (Paint Protection Film), the order fulfillment time may be extended. The exact project completion date will depend on the availability of appointments for this service.
Delivery and Pickup
After completing the bike or frame assembly, the order can be delivered to the specified address or picked up in person at the Velopoint store in Rzeszów at Witolda 8B street. Delivery costs may vary depending on the recipient’s location. Within Poland, order delivery is free.
