Customer Protection Program - Crash Replacement

Program Scope

The program applies to situations where the Raccoon bike frame has been damaged in an accident (e.g., fall, collision) and is beyond repair.

Damaged frame submission

The customer must deliver the damaged frame to an authorized Raccoon service center. The frame must be in a condition that clearly confirms it was damaged in an accident.

New frame selection

The customer is entitled to purchase a new Raccoon frame (any model) at a reduced price of PLN 6,999. If a frame of a different value is chosen, the price difference is covered by the customer.

Processing time

The frame replacement process should be completed within a specified time (2-4 weeks), depending on product availability.

Documentation and application

The customer must present proof of purchase of the original bike along with the warranty booklet and apply for the crash replacement service by email at hello@raccooncycles.com

Additional costs

If the customer decides to have the frame transferred at the warranty service center, all related costs will be borne by the customer.

Exclusions

The program does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or modifications not in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.

It is recommended that customers consult with Raccoon service before proceeding with the replacement to obtain clear information about any potential additional costs.
