The Raccoon Brigante frame is sourced from China and subsequently painted in Poland. This process is designed to ensure a high-quality finish and to meet the aesthetic and technical standards of the brand.

Once painted, the appropriate components are selected and assembled according to the customer's individual order spec. Customizing the bicycle may include various components such as groupsets, wheelsets, saddles, handlebars, etc.

The standard order lead time is subject to change depending on component availability and individual customer preferences. Generally, this process takes between 2 to 4 weeks, counting from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment.

If the customer opts for the additional PPF (Paint Protection Film) frame wrapping service, the order lead time may be extended. The exact completion date of the project will depend on the availability of service slots.

Upon completion of the bicycle or frame build, the order can be delivered to the specified address or collected in person at the Velopoint store in Rzeszów (Witolda 8B Street). Delivery costs may vary depending on the recipient's location. Shipping is free within Poland.
